Is Vowlio really free for couples?
Yes, genuinely free. Every planning tool is included on the free tier with generous limits — up to 75 guests, 10 AI Planner messages/month, 1 vow draft, seating for up to 10 tables, 50 guest photos, and 1 e-contract. The Premium plan ($29/month) removes every limit: unlimited guests, unlimited AI messages, unlimited vow drafts across all styles, unlimited photos, and unlimited contracts. Most couples with smaller weddings never need it.
Do vendors pay per lead?
Never. Your subscription covers all lead responses within your plan limit. Starter includes 5 per month; Pro and Studio include unlimited. There are no per-lead fees, no surprise charges, and no commission on bookings.
Are the e-contracts legally binding?
Yes. Vowlio contracts are compliant with the ESIGN Act (Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act), which gives electronic signatures the same legal standing as handwritten signatures in the United States. Both parties' IP addresses and timestamps are recorded at signing.
Can vendors sign contracts without a Vowlio account?
Yes. When you send a vendor a contract, they receive a unique signing link by email. They can read and sign on any device without creating an account — no login, no friction.
How does the guest photo collection work?
When you set up a guest photo album, Vowlio gives you a unique QR code and link for your event. Print the QR code on your table cards or display it at the venue. Guests scan with their phone camera, choose photos from their camera roll or take new ones, and upload directly. No app download required. You see uploads in your dashboard and can approve or download them.
