Cookie Policy

Last updated: March 15, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Vowlio uses cookies and similar tracking technologies when you visit our website. It should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal data more broadly.

By continuing to use Vowlio, you consent to our use of cookies as described in this policy. You can withdraw consent at any time by adjusting your browser settings or using our cookie preferences.

1What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device (computer, tablet, or phone) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently, to remember your preferences, and to provide information to the site's owners.

Cookies are not programs and cannot carry viruses or install malware. They are simply data files — usually containing a unique identifier, the site name, and some numbers or dates.

Similar technologies — such as web beacons, pixels, and local storage — work in comparable ways. This policy covers all of these technologies collectively when we say "cookies."

2How Vowlio Uses Cookies

We use cookies to:

  • Keep you signed in to your account between visits.
  • Remember your preferences, such as your selected billing period on the pricing page.
  • Protect your account security, including detecting suspicious login attempts.
  • Understand how visitors navigate and use the platform so we can improve it.
  • Measure the effectiveness of any platform features or onboarding flows.
  • Remember form inputs so you don't lose progress if you navigate away.

We do not use cookies for targeted advertising or sell cookie data to third parties.

4Third-Party Cookies

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising network cookies. Vowlio products are ad-free.

We do not use advertising cookies or sell your browsing data to any third party.

5Your Choices

Browser Settings

Most browsers let you view, manage, delete, and block cookies at any time. Instructions for the most common browsers:

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Cookies and site data

Impact of Blocking Cookies

Blocking or deleting essential cookies will prevent you from staying logged in and may break core features of the platform.

Blocking analytics or preference cookies will not prevent you from using Vowlio, but you may need to re-enter preferences each visit and we will have less insight into how to improve the product.

Do Not Track

Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. Vowlio currently does not alter its behaviour in response to DNT signals, as there is no consistent industry standard for how to interpret them. We will update this policy if that changes.

6Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time — for example, when we add new features that introduce new cookies, or when the law requires changes. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, if changes are significant, notify you via email or an on-site notice.
